Things to Do in Germany in 3 Days

Here we will show you the places to visit during your 3-day trip through Germany:

Day 1 and 2: Things to do in Berlin

I recommend that you dedicate the first two days in Germany to the city of Berlin, which is the capital of Germany. The official name of Berlin is ‘City-State of Berlin,’ and this city has a great history, as it was previously the capital of the Kingdom of Prussia, the German Reich, the Weimar Republic, and the Third Reich.

As you will notice, the city of Berlin is one of the most historically rich cities in Germany. It is also a cosmopolitan city and has become, in recent years, a top-tier cultural and artistic hub.

It’s worth noting that the city of Berlin is the most populated in all of Germany and also in Central Europe, which is quite an interesting fact.

Day 3: Things to do in Dresden

On your third day exploring the Federal Republic of Germany, I recommend visiting the beautiful city of Dresden, which is my favorite city in Germany. Dresden is one of the most beautiful and well-known cities in Germany, often referred to as the ‘Florence of the Elbe.’

Dresden is a destination frequently visited by many tourists on the route between the cities of Berlin and Prague (in the Czech Republic). An interesting fact about this city is that it was destroyed during World War II, and much of what you can see today is a reconstruction made after the war.
